What to expect
Board your coach in Thessaloniki, and travel into the hills of Veria where the Vergina Unesco World Heritage Site awaits. Take a guided tour of the magnificent Museum to admire its renowned findings. From Vergina, return to the Naoussa countryside to explore the wine region and visit two wineries. Kyr-Yianni estate, which is listed on the world’s top-100 wineries for 2017, and Dalamara estate with a history that dates back to 1840.
Stretch your legs with a stroll through a vineyard and wine cellar, and refuel with a mouth-watering winery lunch. After lunch, journey onward to Veria.
