The Terms & Conditions below apply to all bookings made with AbFab Holidays GmbH and form the basis of your contract with AbFab Holidays GmbH. Please read them carefully. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have read these terms and conditions and agree with them. Except where otherwise stated, these booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform as part of our contract, with you. All references in these booking conditions to holiday,  booking, contract, package, tour or arrangements, mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated. In these booking conditions, you and your means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them, as the context requires and “lead name ” means the person who makes the booking. “We ”, “us ” and “our ”means AbFab Holidays GmbH.

Choosing Your Holiday

We hope that your holiday will live up to your expectations so it is very important that you choose the right holiday for you. We are always happy to advise and give you our professional opinion. We have put together this information for you to take into consideration before booking your holiday with us. The terms and conditions of your booking are found below. Please read carefully before making the reservation. We reserve the right to change any information contained on this website at any time, including these terms and conditions.

Booking with AbFab Holidays GmbH

Once you find the experience you wish to book, kindly complete our booking form with details of all members of your party. You must be eighteen or over. Your booking will be made directly to us. We will send you an email to confirm that the program is available for the dates you have requested. Upon confirmation, it is the policy of our company to accept a deposit (see payment policy below) including accommodation and additional services such as excursions etc.

Contract of agreement

A binding contract only comes into existence once we have accepted your booking and sent you an e-mail or fax confirmation. This contract is bound by the terms and conditions contained, therein. Reservations are subject to timely receipt of deposits. If the deposit and/or balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. The date of the contract is the date that appears on the confirmation.

Payment policy

Payment can be made by bank wire transfer in the euro currency. Bank fees are to be paid by the client.
30% deposit of is required upon confirmation with the outstanding balance 31 days prior to arrival or full payment if less than 31 days prior to arrival.
Once payment is received, a booking contract will be sent to you outlining the terms and conditions of your holidays stipulated below.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we shall confirm the booking and send you an invoice, which we kindly ask you to check that all the details are correct.
You must contact us immediately should there be any differences or queries.
We do, however, reserve the right to decline any booking request and will notify you accordingly.
If the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Paying For Your Holiday

After your booking is taken and a deposit received, a confirmation invoice will be sent to you detailing the total cost due. Full payment must be received not less than 31 days before departure.
If we have not received full payment at least 31 days before departure, we reserve the right to treat your booking as canceled by you and forfeit your deposit by way of cancellation charges. If you make a holiday booking within 31 days of your departure date then you must pay the full cost of the holiday at the booking stage.

Paying For Your One-Day Tour

Paying for your Tailor-Made Programm

All of the Tailor-Made Programs, designed exclusively for you and your party, are subject to individual deposit, paying and cancelation policy, which is always described at the stage of the offer.

If You Amend your booking

If you need to change any details of your booking (different accommodation or arrival date) we will do our best to assist you. The price of your new holiday arrangements will be based on the prices that apply on the day we receive confirmation of your change. Name changes will be accepted at no charge. If you change all details of your booking at any time this will be treated as a cancellation and subsequently a new booking. A revised e-mail or fax confirmation will be sent showing the new details as appropriate. All alternations are effective only on the date when AbFab Holidays GmbH receives written instruction. Please note that we cannot accept any correspondence or claims from any other member of your party.

If We Amend or Cancel Your Booking

If in the unlikely event we have to make a significant change to or cancel your booking, you will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable of the circumstances giving rise to the significant change or cancellation together with our offer of alternative options of the same or higher quality for the price which you have paid. If you do not accept the alternative option we propose, then you are entitled to cancel your booking and we will refund you in full, including the deposit.

If You Cancel Your Booking

If for whatever reason, you cancel the booking, immediate notice by e-mail by the lead person, who filled in the booking form, must be sent to us. Such notice of cancellation is only effective when received by us. The scales of cancellation charges that will be levied for bookings are as follows:

Cancelation Policy 

  • Until 31 days before departure: 30%
  • From 30 to 8 days before departure: 70%
  • From 7 days to arrival: No refund at all.


You are obliged to have sufficient travel insurance to cover your holiday. Please provide us with your policy details.

Force Majeure

Should a case of force majeure occur, we regret we cannot make any refunds or be responsible for any costs or expenses you may incur as a result. Compensation will not be payable and we will not otherwise be liable to you if we are forced to cancel, delay, curtail or in any way change your booking due to 'force majeure'. This refers to circumstances beyond our control such as war or threat of war, terrorist activity, riots or civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of hotel, or adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control which prevent or affect the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations.

Website descriptions

The descriptions of resorts, accommodation, facilities, and amenities are based on inspections made many months before you go on holiday, and describe what exists at that time. If we become aware of any changes to our current website that might affect your holiday we will advise you at time of booking. If you have already booked we will advise you before your travel as soon as reasonably possible.

Local Purchases

We cannot accept responsibility for any items you may purchase locally ie: jewellery/furniture etc and the quality and value of such cannot be guaranteed. We recommend that you check whether or not any extra charges will be payable for import duty or freight and we are unable to assist with any costs you may incur in this respect.

Tailor Made

AbFab Holidays GmbH offers you the flexibility to create your own holiday from the range of accommodation and services available. To help you in choosing a holiday which is tailor-made for you to your requirements, please send a request and fill in the special form on our website. We will be happy to provide you with an up to date quote!

Special requests

If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking and we will try our utmost to cater for your needs, although this cannot be guaranteed. Should you require a cot or a high chair at the hotel, please request this on the booking form.

Twin Or Double Rooms

Accommodation in all hotels is in standard rooms named superior or deluxe based on twins or doubles unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Numbers

It is always indicated on our website whether a particular holiday is subject to a minimum number of participants for its operation. Please contact us at the time of booking should you require details regarding the number of people on your tour. We will advise you at least 31 days before departure if minimum numbers have not been reached and as a direct result, your tour has to be cancelled.

You will then have the choice of booking an alternative holiday with us, changing your departure date at the appropriate additional cost, or having a refund of monies paid. No compensation will be payable and we are unable to offer refunds of any associated costs ie visas etc.


Whilst every effort is made to operate a tour as advertised, on occasion it may be necessary to make changes to the accommodation, the routing or order of an itinerary. Unless the change significantly alters the holiday, compensation will not be payable for minor alterations to the itinerary or nightly accommodation.

Excursion/Meal Packages

The cost of any unused tours within our packages may not be refunded.



We cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday due to bad or unusual weather conditions.


The accommodation provided is for the use of those clients shown on the final e-mail or fax confirmation by us; sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. You must advise us of any changes or addition of persons to your booking.

Passports / Visa / Health

If you are traveling from outside of European Union you will need a passport to travel to the destinations we feature. Maybe you will need a visa to travel to Greece. It is your own responsibility to have the appropriate visa or other required documents from your country before traveling to Greece. Also, we recommend you to contact your GP or a specialist vaccination center for details of the measures you will need to take prior to departure.

Tours - General health requirements

Most of our tours are not suitable if you have any disability or have reduced mobility (including being confined to a wheelchair). Therefore, in the interest of safety and comfort for all groups as a whole, you must be fit enough to participate. Please also note that some of the featured touring itineraries may involve early starts and long days, with substantial travel between featured sites and destinations. As vehicle and road standards may not be comparable to that of Germany, please keep this in mind when considering any personal health concerns, as well as your general comfort.

Travelling with Children

If you are traveling with young children, it is important to note that child seats are not provided for transfers and the legislation varies from country to country. If you specifically require a car seat, call us and we will do our utmost to try and arrange this for you.

Disabilities / Medical Conditions

If you have any medical condition or disability which may affect your holiday or any special requirements as a result of any medical condition or disability (including any which affect the booking process), please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or making the booking. In any event, you must give us full details in writing at the time of booking and whenever any significant change in the condition or disability occurs. You must also promptly advise us if any medical condition or disability which may affect your holiday develops after your booking has been confirmed. 


Most people go on holiday for rest and relaxation, so if in our reasonable opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager, tour leader or another person in authority, your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, upset or damage to property or is persistently affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday. Should this happen no refund or compensation would be paid and we will have no further responsibility for your holiday arrangements including return travel.

Personal Belongings and Lost Items

It can be easy to lose items but it is your responsibility to look after your property at all times and you must ensure you are adequately covered by comprehensive insurance. If you lose any personal items whilst on holiday, please obtain a written report from a local representative, or police, to help with any insurance claim upon your return.

Complaint procedure

Should you have a complaint about your holiday, please inform us immediately, and we will do our best to solve the problem on the spot. However, if it cannot be resolved in resort you should e-mail or write to our office, within 21 days of your return, giving full details of your complaint. Failure to report such incidents in resort or in writing will be considered invalid.


If you cut short your holiday and return home early in circumstances where you have no reasonable cause for complaint about the standard of accommodation and services provided, we will not offer you any refund for the remainder of your holiday not completed, or assist with any associated costs you may incur. Depending on the circumstances, your travel insurance may offer cover for curtailment and we suggest that any claim is made directly with them.
